SASE PCD with 5×1/4 segments is a specialized concrete grinding tool designed for aggressive coating removal. It features five “quarter-round” Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) chunks mounted on a plate, typically using the SASE Quick Change (QC) attachment system.
PCD diamond floor grinding shoes for concrete and stone. Concrete floor plate is designed to aggressively remove coatings, glues and mastics on concrete floors. The single diamond Button prevents damage to the floor by controlling the depth of the cuts from the PCDs.
PCD is very sharp; it is designed for quick removal of thick coatings during 3~5mm, such as paint, epoxy, glue from concrete floors. The alloy and protection segments can help the residual coatings left behind, as well as reducing scratches and protecting the pcd segments.
