Redi-Lock with Two Half PCDs and Two Buttons is a “high-stability” configuration designed for precision removal of coatings. This setup is a step up in control from the 2 Half PCD + 1 Bar/Button version, offering even more balance and protection for the concrete surface.
HTC “2 rhombus segments” grinding shoes is preferred for its balance between aggressive cutting and a smooth finish, making it a versatile “all-rounder” for floor preparation.
This HTC grinding shoe features two quarter-round PCDs for aggressive removal of coatings, adhesives, epoxy, paint, and other surface materials from concrete floors. Two additional square steel bases are used to weld the PCDs, increasing the tool’s strength and ensuring stable grinding performance. Application: Trapezoid Diamond Grinding Shoe is utilized for removing coatings from different materials. It is also applied for smoothing surfaces of marble, granite, and sandstone. This grinding shoe is capable of working with soft, loose, hard and porous concrete. It is also ideal for rough, fine, and finished grinding processes. This shoe is designed having trapezium shape with two abrasive segments as a working assembly.
