Main Features and Uses
1.Function: metal bond discs grind hard surfaces through diamond segments (hard alloy blocks) on their surface. They are designed to remove old coatings, epoxy resins, adhesive residues, or to perform coarse grinding and fine finishing of floors.
2.Concrete Hardness Compatibility: The tools are available with different metal bond strengths (soft, medium, hard) to match the specific hardness of the concrete being worked on. A softer bond is used for harder concrete to ensure new diamond crystals are exposed efficiently, while a harder bond is used for softer, more abrasive concrete to maximize tool life.
3. Design: The plate rings diameter is usually about 200 millimeters (8 inches), and the red coating is a common color for industrial tools.
