Trapezoidal Diamond Concrete Grinding Disc / diamond grinding shoes / grinding block is typically used in floor grinders for grinding concrete, terrazzo, or stone surfaces, removing old coatings, epoxy resins, and adhesives, as well as leveling uneven areas.
Main features include:
• Design: Two rectangular diamond grinding blocks (heads) with hemispherical points are welded onto a trapezoidal metal base plate.
• Application: Suitable for the first stage of concrete surface pre-treatment, coarse grinding, and polishing. The dot or double-bar design helps quickly start the grinding process and improve cutting efficiency.
• Material: Made by sintering or brazing high-quality diamond particles with metal powder, offering high wear resistance and long service life.
