PCD Sase Grinding Disc with 2X1/4 PCD and 2 button concrete grinding tool used on floor grinding machines for surface preparation. It is designed for aggressive coating removal (like epoxy, glue, or mastic) while minimizing damage to the concrete underneath.
The Button is a round, metal-bond diamond segment that sits on the same shoe.
you can often run these with higher head pressure without the fear of damaging the floor compared to a “naked” PCD. It protects the concrete substrate and provides stability, preventing the machine from “walking” or vibrating excessively.

• Function: PCDs are extremely hard and sharp. They do not “grind” the floor; they scrape, rip, and shear coatings off. They are essential for removing sticky or thick materials (epoxy, urethane, carpet glue, thick mastic) that would otherwise clog (glaze over) a standard diamond grinding bar.
Rotation: Like most PCD tools, these are directional. You must ensure you buy “Clockwise” or “Counter-clockwise” versions to match the rotation of your Sase grinder heads.
