HTC PCD is designed to efficiently remove various hard or thick coatings, such as epoxy resin, glue, paint, varnish, and resin. The unique feature of this accessory lies in its detachable design, which allows users to quickly replace different types of grinding blocks according to various grinding requirements (such as removing coatings or fine polishing).
PCD Trapezoidal Diamond Grinding Shoe (Shark-shaped, 2 Segment, 2 PCD) is a heavy-duty professional tool engineered for the aggressive removal of tough floor coatings. Unlike standard diamond shoes, which grind the surface, PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) tools function as scrapers, peeling and slicing through materials.
Split-PCD diamond grinding shoes are installed on those walk-behind concrete floor grinders for use. The versatile Split PCD scrapes and rips off coatings from the surface, like 1-3mm epoxy, urethane, mastic, glue etc. The PCD tips will never load up or smear the coatings like a metal bond diamond tool.
HTC Ez Change Concrete grinding shoes feature two bar-shaped rectangular segments designed for use with the HTC EZ Change system segment sizes include 40x10x10mm and 40x12x12mm
