The Redi-Lock with 1/2 PCD and 2 Arrow Segments is an elite heavy-duty removal tool. It combines the raw scraping power of a half-round PCD with the precision “slicing” of arrow-shaped diamond segments. This is a specialized configuration typically used when you need to strip a thick, stubborn coating and prep the concrete for a new high-build system in a single pass.
It is used to connect different brands or types of diamond grinding blocks/shoes to Klindex brand floor grinders. This enables contractors to use various tools without having to purchase a complete set of specialized tools for each different brand of machine.
Diamond segments have many different kinds of shape: Arrow, Rhomboid, Rectangle, Curved Rectangle, Coffin, Oval, Button, etc. Rounded shape is ideal for achieving a smooth finish and minimizing deep scratching, particularly on uneven floors.
