HuanLong shark trapezoid PCD grinding shoes are embedded with polycrystalline diamonds, which are deal for fast coating removal. The trapezoid tool can be applied to many grinding projects, like the removal of paint, varnish, glue, epoxy, acrylic, screed residue, VCT mastic, black tar adhesive as well as thick rubber materials on the concrete floor. It is easy to change and replace the tools.
About Segments:
a.PCD without double arrow or shark tooth are very aggressive, and will leave a very coarse profile on the concrete. They are suitable for fast and aggressive grinding, removal coating thicker than 3mm.
b.PCD with double arrow or shark tooth are less aggressive, so they do not damage the concrete.The sacrificial bars or metal bond button act as a depth guide, and reduce the gauging of the floor cause by the aggressive PCD segments. Moreover, the metal bond will extend the life of PCD.
