Trapezoid Grinding Shoes features a “quick-change” base installed on the rotating discs of large grinding machines to process the surfaces of concrete, terrazzo or stone.
Huanlong PCD grinding plates are used for fast removing all types of coatings such as epoxy, paint, varnish, glue, acrylic, screed residue, VCT mastic, black tar adhesive as well as thick rubber materials on the concrete floor.
Split-PCD diamond grinding shoes are installed on those walk-behind concrete floor grinders for use. The versatile Split PCD scrapes and rips off coatings from the surface, like 1-3mm epoxy, urethane, mastic, glue etc. The PCD tips will never load up or smear the coatings like a metal bond diamond tool.
