• Application: These grinding shoes are mainly used for surface treatment of concrete, leveling, the first step of polishing, and removal of thin coatings and adhesives.
• Compatibility: They adopt an “easy change” sliding design, which can be quickly installed onto the HTC floor grinding machine. Some models are also compatible with Husqvarna machines.
• Adhesive types: To match different hardnesses of concrete, there are various metal adhesives available, including ultra-soft, soft, medium, hard, and ultra-hard.
◦ Soft adhesives are suitable for hard concrete (for grinding to expose new diamond crystals).
◦ Hard adhesives are suitable for soft concrete (to prevent diamond crystals from falling off prematurely).
