Newgrind PCD shoes are specialized diamond grinding tools for floor preparation, featuring Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) segments designed for aggressive removal of tough floor coatings like epoxy, glue, paint, and mastic from concrete, often used with machines like the Rhino or Lavina, known for their durability and efficiency in stripping difficult surfaces.
The ten-segment grinding tool is made of high-quality diamond grinding material, which is evenly embedded in each cutting segment. The rounded blade edge design minimizes scratches to the maximum extent, extends service life, and boasts excellent durability and grinding performance. The metal cutting segments are suitable for both wet and dry operations, while the ten-segment end face design provides the optimal chip or slurry discharge channel.
It can be easily slid into the grinding disc of the Scanmaskin machine without the need for bolts and is part of its “Quick Change” (ScanOn) system. • Compatibility: Designed to fit Klindex floor grinders, often using a “Redi Lock” or “Quick Lock” system. They are also compatible with other machines like Hyper Floor grinders.
• Application: Ideal for concrete floor preparation, leveling uneven surfaces, and removing old coatings such as epoxy, paint, or urethane.
