Werkmaster single round grinding shoes are specialized diamond abrasive tools designed for aggressive concrete grinding, surface preparation, and initial polishing steps using the Plug N Go system. These metal-bond shoes are available in various bonds (soft, medium, hard) to suit different concrete hardness levels.
The PCD tool uses a scraping action, making it very suitable for removing pressure-sensitive coatings, adhesives, and waterproof materials with a thickness exceeding 3 millimeters. Traditional diamond cup wheels may become clogged or overheated by these materials.

About Segments:
a.PCD without double arrow or shark tooth are very aggressive, and will leave a very coarse profile on the concrete. They are suitable for fast and aggressive grinding, removal coating thicker than 3mm.
b.PCD with double arrow or shark tooth are less aggressive, so they do not damage the concrete.The sacrificial bars or metal bond button act as a depth guide, and reduce the gauging of the floor cause by the aggressive PCD segments. Moreover, the metal bond will extend the life of PCD.
