Redi Lock adapter plates are primarily used in concrete floor grinding to enable the use of Husqvarna Redi-Lock diamond tools on grinding machines from other brands like HTC, Scanmaskin, or Lavina. They save costs by eliminating the need to purchase brand-specific tooling for every machine.
Lavina X PCD with bar are designed for thin mil coating removal, mastic removal, and for the first steps in polishing. Beveled tooling that allows for easy ‘slide in’ action on your concrete grinders. These tools are universal to 3 pin screw systems as well. PCD’s are typically used to remove prior coatings and glue.

About Segments:
a.PCD without double arrow or metal bond button are very aggressive, and will leave a very coarse profile on the concrete. They are suitable for fast and aggressive grinding, removal coating thicker than 3mm.
b.PCD double arrow or metal bond button are less aggressive, so they do not damage the concrete.The sacrificial bars or metal bond button act as a depth guide, and reduce the gauging of the floor cause by the aggressive PCD segments. Moreover, the metal bond will extend the life of PCD.
