HTC Double arrow grinding shoes are metal-bonded diamond grinding tools specially designed for HTC floor grinding machines. They have two arrow-shaped diamond segments, which are used for efficient grinding of concrete, terrazzo, and removing coatings and adhesives.
For use on grinding machine to adapt different types of diamond grinding shoes. Eg: 250mm universal Magnetic grinding plate with LAVINA grinding shoe slots, Magnetic Klindex plate for Tarpzoid grinding shoes, HTC magnetic plate with Trapzoid grinding shoe slots, etc.
This HTC grinding shoe features two quarter-round PCDs for aggressive removal of coatings, adhesives, epoxy, paint, and other surface materials from concrete floors. Two additional square steel bases are used to weld the PCDs, increasing the tool’s strength and ensuring stable grinding performance. Original high-quality PCDs are used to ensure fast and efficient stripping without gumming up or clogging.
PCD grinding puck is designed for concrete floor coating removals, thick old coatings removal such as epoxies, glues, mastic, urethane etc.
PHX floor concrete diamond grinding double rectangular bar segment shoe plate tools are metal-bond diamond abrasive plates designed for aggressive grinding and leveling of concrete and terrazzo floors, specifically compatible with PHX floor grinding machines.
