Split-PCD diamond grinding shoes are installed on those walk-behind concrete floor grinders for use. The versatile Split PCD scrapes and rips off coatings from the surface, like 1-3mm epoxy, urethane, mastic, glue etc. The PCD tips will never load up or smear the coatings like a metal bond diamond tool.

PCD Segment – 6 HolesTrapezoid PCD’s are great for thick coating removal, very aggressive. For best results remove bulk of coating without continued contact with concrete. Come back with an aggressive metal bond diamond segment and clean up any thin coating left behind. This will help preserve the life of the PCD segments.

Two bars with 12mm height fully embedded with powerful split-PCD which can work super aggressive, and last long.
Split PCD trapezoids are used for aged or damaged coatings removal from thefloor surface. The coatings can be epoxy, glue, mastic, urethane etc. Thickness of the coatings within 3mm is quite suitable with these split PCD grinding shoes.
Those rain-damaged/old concrete can be directly grinded off with our Split-PCD grinding shoes.
Old parking line & and marking lines could be removed fast too.
Used as cost-effective replacement for 5/6 grit diamond grinding shoes for fast stock removal and grinding.
Recommended for dry use.
Different shanks are available upon request to fit different floor grinder on the market.
