This HTC grinding shoe features two quarter-round PCDs for aggressive removal of coatings, adhesives, epoxy, paint, and other surface materials from concrete floors. HuanLong Redilock PCD grinding shoes, it is manufactured with 3 PCD plus diamond bar. Maximum contact and usage of the diamond while working over rough surfaces. Trapezoid PCD is the great choice for removing thick coatings.
3×1/4 PCDs: Instead of one large scraper, you have three smaller contact points. This creates more “shaving” actions per rotation, which is more effective at removing brittle or flaky coatings without causing the machine to jump or vibrate.
The 1-Bar Segment: This is a diamond-infused metal bar that acts as a depth gauge and stabilizer. It prevents the PCD chips from digging too deeply into the concrete, ensuring you only remove the coating and a tiny fraction of the substrate.
